Heather uses this recipe for the filling in her chocolate chip cookie sandwiches, but according to her it's just as good straight from the spoon.
“It's perfect piped or plopped on just about anything. I have actually spread this on a piece of French bread for a late night snack,” Heather says. “It’s better than butter!”
6 ounces softened cream cheese
½ stick unsalted butter, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
Just one: mix all ingredients and blend until smooth!
